SENIOR LEAD PROJECT MANAGER

Enterprise Change Management (ECM) liaison advising business leaders in organizational program/project management requirements to improve success. I used analytics to evaluate the progress of data collection of 3 new direct feed sources. I used managed control design to mitigate risks and impacts associated with critical change efforts.Â
I created and organized project work documentation for validation and compliance traceability through audit
Developed solutions to close gaps in business requirements improving program/project quality management.
PROGRAM ANALYST
June 2021 - February 2022
Manage Projects in collaboration with system engineering experts, develop project plans with use case requirements for notional 5G network architecture and technology experimentation. Organize project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure goals meet the customers’ needs.

5G NETWORK
Exceptional Achievement
My technical team and I planned, developed, and demonstrated a 5G Network on a non-standalone system. The demonstration was designed to show the Government and City Officials the capabilities of the 5G Network for government and city objectives to improve safety and responses to catastrophic events.
SCRIPTCENTER
Perfect Execution
The project team and I improved the availability of prescription medicine for people and their families. The purpose of the ScriptCenter is to relieve the pressures on the pharmacy staff and reduce the wait time for patients. My role was to coordinate with the customer, their project team, and the field installation team to ship and install the ScriptCenter.
